or, please recommend someone. i realize posting this on here is grasping at straws, but... anyways, here's the craigslist ad. non-creepy males are also welcome. but it's been proven there are NOT any of those on craigslist so we omitted it from the ad.

"Female roommate needed to sublet the small sized bedroom in a quiet 3 bedroom Falls Church house with two other females. We split the rent three ways, each share is $645 + utilities (gas, electricity, water, cable). The lease ends June 1st, longer tenancy may be negotiable at that time.

Perks include a big backyard, driveway parking, basement storage, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, dishwasher; close proximity to rt 29 and rt 50, with 66 and 495 being 5 minutes away. East Falls Church and West Falls Church Metro stations are both 2 miles away.

We are 25 and 31 years old, work full time professionally and have 3 (well behaved) cats running around. We seek someone who is kind to animals and will enjoy living in house that stays pretty quiet. No more pets please, and no smoking indoors.
