Been used pretty hard in the short time since being purchased, from all I've heard.

I'd be skeered to touch that thing. Sad. :(

Did he crash it? Hopefully he had purchased a real helmet by that time...

I don't think the ad had a price - IIRC, it said to make an offer.

Don't know this owner, so I hesitate to say too much. Take a hard look at that bike before making an offer, that's all. I'd be quite surprised if it's in nearly the same condition it was in when they purchased it.

You can now trade your old 3-series beemer or some guns for it.

Hahaha! Wow. Thanks for sharing Zeets. A man who appreciates the finer things in life I see. It's now worth well over 6k also. Hmmm... must have been a serious spike in scooter values while I was out of town the last 2 weeks.

So the real question: Meth, coke, bath salts, or just plain crazy?

Where is there a garage like that, or a yard necessitating that mower, in Bloomingdale? Or is there a Bloomingdale in NOVA or northern Montco that I'm unaware of?

The guy isn't asking $6k, just saying it is worth it, he is asking $4k.

Buy a great scoot, drive the piss out of it, advertise it for sale every other week and then try to sell it for about what he paid for it, but claim it's wortk 2k more than that. Dude has issues. I vote bath salts. Do you know this guy? Has he tried to chew on your face or anything?

Things are worth what a buyer is willing to pay for them, that's how free market capitalism works. I realize he isn't asking $6k but he just bought it for around $4,500 a couple months ago, unless the demand for scooters greatly increased, supply decreased, or bath salts, than I think it's a little loco to be posting in your CL ad about how something is worth 50% more than what you yourself paid for it a very short time ago.

Either way, it's a sick scoot and regardless of what he "thinks" or insinuates the value is, I'd pay what he is asking at this point for it and ride the piss out of it.

Face eater is slashing prices.... has it posted to scoot.net for $3600 cash only this week only. I'm gonna offer him a flintlock musket, $500 cash, and a bag of meth and see what he says.
