I don't have one right now.. but I could buy that stella from Modern Classics for $900, rebuild the motor and sell the motor to you for $700.

Thus I'd get a stella casrcass for $200 plus the cost of parts to rebuild that motor.

I have a spare PX150 motor that I could stuff in the stella.. or I could just sell you a rebuilt PX150 motor for $700.

Let me know if you wanna deal.

You may want to email this guy that posted on scoot.net the following ad;

Year/Make/Model stella and gy6
Description Engine for stella and buddy 125 for sale. Both low miles and complete. 400 for stella 800 for buddy
Location chicago, illinois

vespabluebadge@gmail.com

I have no idea if the motor runs or has issues, but you won't likely find a cheaper stella motor.

I just paid $550 for a good, very recent, extremely low mile Stella motor, it even came with a wheel, tire and the crappy catylized exhaust. (I threw the exhaust out). I think the prices on Stell motors have gone down a bit lately.

Mike, I was going to buy the stella at Modern Classics but the engine was the problem. I think they got rid of it already.

Well, I have an original PX150 motor woth electric start if anyone wants it. I plan to put seals in it next month. I'll come down a tad on the price to a firm $600. I'm not desperate for cash and I don't mind holding on to the motor until someone really needs it.

Thanks Mike, I'll let you know if I go that route.
