I've got one already, but I'm in Norfolk through the weekend and possibly into next week. If you're interested in it, let me know and I can haul it back. (I have a Suburban I rented for work, so I've got space.)

Thanks for the offer, but the wheels are far to big and it has too many cylinders for my liking

Riding a Lambretta at speeds I assume Darren has done when building regular to kitted bikes.. might be more worthy of praise, or fear, or both.

Dunno, I never road a Lambretta fast. I know the RD will beat a ton by ten or so...

The problem is I only have two positions on my right hand, on and off. I would be dead now if I rode motorcycles.
That being said, Zeets, you should try riding a Lambretta at speed, takes a lot more balls than riding a motorcylce that is built for speed.
Some of us like to specialize  Easier to learn that way, not too distracted by other things.

I started on dirt, in the woods, dodging trees. I've ridden rigid mini-bikes and 70's dirtbikes. I've been drug around a MX track on a modern 450, 50hp monster. I'm fairly certain I've paid my dues. My first "easier" bike is a 36 year old pinger that I drug out garage after 30 years and completely restored. I guess I like the quick way out.

Oh, I've got a Lambretta too.

Problem solved - get that CRF450 motor into the Lambretta. Then take it offroad.
