Now that I own a house i've evolved into breaking bigger and better things than just cars, motorcycles, scooters, phones, and other items.

Just yesterday I managed to lay to rest a Hilti TE60 Demoliton Hammer that I had rented. As I told the rental agent "It's got demolition in the name, how the hell could I have broken it?" http://www.homedepot.com/buy/tools-hard ... 34356.html

I'm thinking that I should market my services as an independent consultant to perform stress analysis on new products. Or, get paid to break stuff.

If you haul away my old refrigerator, you can a. fix it, b. hammer it c. blow it up, d. put wheels on it and make it into a go-cart...etc.

My brother has the same affliction, but just with my stuff. Its usually just cars, but I think he's killed everyone I've ever owned. He slid my first car into the apple tree in the front yard on Christmas morning and later blew the power-steering pressure line on my jeep. (I knew he blew it since he had power-steering fluid all over his face) Since then I've been wary of ever letting him touch my vehicles.

That is a ringing endorsement - does he fix all of those audis and porsches with a sledge hammer?

In Aaron's defense, Adam wrecked Aaron's P200 and rear-ended someone with Aaron's Shelby Charger. And the Jeep? Not even close to Aaron's fault - he didn't install the power-steering line.

Lies. I did not rear end someone in Aaron's Shelby Charger, I backed into my dad's Suburban while pulling out of the garage. And you wrecked my Mercury Topaz like six times. And the Jeep's power steering line exploded while he was doing 100mph, off-road while attempting to jump dead-man's gulch.

He also wrecked my dirtbike and broke the clutch lever and headlight and ran my 74 beetle out of gas.

It sounds like it was deliberate, Adam!

OK WTF - a 100 MPH Jeep? That's insane.

So, I lied, he wasn't trying to jump dead-man's gulch... The Jeep however is capable of beyond 100mph... The speedo stops at 90 but it keeps going. Unfortunately, I don't have the stones to push it until it won't go any faster, the thing gets mighty squirrely over 85 and by time you're registering 5000rpm on the tach, (theoretic 100mph by gear ratio and rpm) it feels as if it's going to launch to the moon.

Sorry a out that; I didn't mean to overreact. I used to own a jeep (& loved it mind you) but I did push it to 95 & felt my mortality....easily.

I will get a 4-door this year I think. They really are the best.......for the zombie apocolypse....

I drove a Jeep Renegade for 1 summer - the thought of doing 95 is incomprehensible to me - it would take a full city block to stop it.

So what? It takes a full city block to stop my P200 from 35 mph!

Mine is from the 50's and still runs fine. Just refinished the outside with some appliance enamel. Listed it on CL for sale.
