Seat Reupholstery

Hi All,
I'm looking to reupholster my Ancilotti style seat, which is ripping on the sides. Does anyone have a suggestion for 1) a good reupholsterer in the Baltimore area; 2) material to reupholster with; and 3) what I can reasonably be expected to pay?
