Should I be suspicious of this?

"no key, magneto not working"...perhaps the immobilizer doing its job?

One of these gone missing that anyone knows of?

I'm always suspicious of "no key", but that looks like a 50 - no immobilizer.

totally suspect: reasons stated, plus low asking price.
Its a long walk through the city in the rain, its a long walk from train to train.
