"unlock the wheels" - hmmm.. I do know the one person I know that has a Buddy didn't realize she could lock the column (bought it used), I showed her how.

"400lbs" - wow, they put lead in the frame??

A good reminder to use a big fucking chain. Of course, downtown, you might get a sidewalk ticket (only way to lock TO something) if you leave the plate on your bike...
